The Keto Diaries — Weird Poorly Night

I was flat exhausted when I got home. Stopped at Walmart to get things — wws thinking of making keto fried chicken with pork rind breading. Instead I ate all the pork rinds. I was being lazy and felt no shame because they are keto.

Bad idea…

Really bad idea…

Just got done puking it all up.

Went to bed at like 9pm — just tired. Woke up at 1 am feeling poorly. Thought it was just a poo…

I was wrong.

So very wrong.

No more pork rinds for a while.


I might be dying.

Mint tea to the rescue!

  1. Is it wrong to ‘like’ the fact that you’re sick 🙂

    I refuse to accept that it’s the pork rind that did it. It’s like when one drinks all night, it’s not the alcohol that is the issue it’s the sleeping at the end of the night 😛

    I might have to try Keto chicken though

    • It’s okay. I completely understand. I mean, I like pork rinds — I haven’t had them much in my adult life, but we ate them all the time as kids. I guess the former is my problem; my system is probably not used to them. Follow that up with having a smoothie (unsweetened cocoa, natural peanut butter, almond milk, stevia) and it was just kind of a rough night.

      But! Still managed to make it to work at 7:30am. Boom!

      … mostly because it’s b/c I have three meetings today.

      I’m really hoping it’s a one off and not food poisoning. Haven’t been sick again, but my stomach feels bad.

      And it’s okay to “like” it. I use the “like” as a tool to show that I acknowledge and support a post.
